摘要
Abstract Scattering limits the acquisition of object information and reduces the probe depth. Imaging correlography method utilizing scattering light has shown its advantage in visualization deep through dynamic multiple scattering medium. However, there is a lack of boundary condition to use it specifically. Here, we propose a new criterion for imaging correlography based on optical properties of dynamic multiple scattering media. The impact from dynamic multiple scattering medium on imaging correlography model is excavated in depth. Furthermore, the connection between the optical thickness of the medium and the quality of quantitative reconstruction is established. The results show that the imaging depth is predictable. This work has shown promise in the extending applications of imaging correlography method, and paving the way for deep bioimaging.
