摘要

•Electrocoagulation + Fenton processes successfully treat mature landfill leachate.•COD is reduced over the 80% and biodegradability is enhanced (BOD5/COD > 0.3).•SUVA removal is higher than 40% and conductivity is reduced by 20–30%.•10 mA cm−2 electrocoagulation favors a more efficient posterior oxidation.
