Veno-Veno-Arterial Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation In A Patient With Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicating Cardiogenic Shock And Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

Abstract Both cardiogenic shock (CS) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) complicating acute myocardial infarction (AMI) are egregious diseases owing to rapid progression and high mortality. Prompt implementation of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation with careful switches to appropriate configurations accordingly can be useful to bridge the patient to recovery.
