Optimal Selection Mechanism of Short Message Terminal for "Beidou-3"

With the completion of the \"Beidou-3\" satellite navigation system (BDS-3), the Beidou-3 short message system (BDS3-SMS) will provide global services. Firstly, on the basis of the previous generation of short message system and the characteristics of BDS3-SMS, four transmission modes of BDS3-SMS are proposed. Secondly, the mathematical model of terminal selection optimization mechanism (STGM) for \"Beidou-3\" satellite-to-ground short message is established, and the multi-objective optimization problem of the model is solved based on the terminal selection improved Hungarian algorithm (TS-IHA). TS-IHA expands the transmission loss matrix and takes the path transmission loss between satellite and ground links, the satellite load balance index, and the terminal service satisfaction index as the optimization goals to achieve reasonable optimization of terminal power consumption, satellite resources and service requirements. The simulation results show that TS-IHA can enhance the optimization of STGM. The terminal and satellite system optimization results are improved.
