摘要
•Electrohydrodynamic (EHD) 3D printing was developed to fabricate carbon/nickel structure.•The composite carbon/nickel architecture can be utilized as the electrodes for supercapacitors.•The porosity and conductivity of the electrodes can be tuned by controlling the EHD process.•The 3D printed electrode exhibits improved capacitance behavior than the spin-coated sample.•EHD printing provides a promising approach for the design and fabrication of carbon electrode.
