摘要

•Neem seed protein isolates (NPI) can be used at 164 g/kg dietary inclusion level.•Dietary NPI at 217 g/kg inclusion level causes growth retardation of L. rohita.•The growth of fish was correlated with IGF-I expression and muscle RNA-DNA ratio.•There was no mortality of fish due to the feeding of NPI containing diets.
