Percent of surgeons who would offer surgery for an aneurysm at size threshold <5.5 cm or ≥5.5 cm, given changes in each individual clinical variable. The base case is a 60-year-old healthy male patient with an incidental finding of asymptomatic, nonfamilial ascending aortic aneurysm with a normally functioning tricuspid aortic valve and BSA of 1.9 m2. BSA, Body surface area; BAV, bicuspid aortic valve; FHx, family history. ∗Small BSA = 1.6 m2.
