The invention relates to a method for intelligently distinguishing epileptogenic focuses. The method comprises the following steps of s1, importing three-dimensional directional electroencephalogram data to be treated; s2, performing automatic detection on spikes of each electroencephalogram; s3, automatically detecting high-frequency oscillation on each electroencephalogram by a mean square rootdetection method; and s4, combining space position information of an electrode contact point with abnormal epileptic discharge, mapped in the brain, delimiting the epileptogenic focuses.
