The invention discloses a parameter configuration method for a memristor intersection array. The parameter configuration method comprises the steps of: S1, acquiring a memristor model, matrix parameters, a matrix size and a process node; S2, initializing configurable parameters; S3, mapping the matrix parameters into memristor parameters; S4, determining input voltage vector amplitude of the intersection array to obtain precision and power consumption of the intersection array in carrying out analog matrix vector multiplication; S5, outputting a current configuration scheme if the precision and power consumption meet configuration conditions; S6, and carrying out further adjustment if the precision and power consumption do not meet the configuration conditions, and returning to the S3. The configuration method provided by the embodiment of the invention can overcome circuit actual non-ideal factors, can be applied to the analog matrix vector multiplication, increases operation precision, optimizes power consumption parameters, effectively maps the parameters of matrix vector multiplication into parameters of an intersection array circuit, and is simple and convenient.
