PMOS DIODE MODULE, NMOS DIODE MODULE AND RECTIFIER CIRCUIT USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A PMOS diode module, a NMOS diode module, and a rectifying circuit thereof are provided to adaptively reduce the threshold voltage of a diode module by using the output voltage of a rectifying circuit. CONSTITUTION: A source and a drain in a first PMOS transistor(MP1) are connected to an input terminal and an output terminal, respectively. The source of a second PMOS transistor(MP2) is connected to the output terminal. The gate and drain of the second PMOS transistor are connected to each other. A switch(410) connects the gate of the first PMOS transistor to either the output terminal or the drain of the second PMOS transistor. One end of a bias resistor is connected to the gate of the second PMOS transistor. A bias voltage is applied to the other end of the bias resistor.
