Electric bidirectional one-sided plow type unloader

The invention discloses an electric bidirectional one-sided plow type unloader. A lower bracket is connected with a middle bracket through bolts. A sliding rack is welded to the lower bracket. Side support pillars are welded to the sliding rack. The middle of a plowshare is connected with a shaft sleeve in a welded manner. The shaft sleeve is connected with a shaft through a key. A worm wheel is mounted on the shaft and sleeved with a worm. Another gear is mounted on the worm. An output shaft of a motor is provided with a gear. The ends of the two sides of the plowshare are connected with therack through pin shafts. The front end of a stay bar is connected with the middle of the plowshare through a pin shaft. The rear end of the stay bar is connected with the front end of an electric pushrod through a driving connecting rod. The rear end of the electric push rod is connected with the upper end of the rack through bolts. By means of the electric bidirectional one-sided plow type unloader, materials conveyed on a belt can be unloaded in two directions; and equipment investment can be reduced, the conveying capacity can be increased, conveying efficiency can be improved, and equipment cost and energy consumption of a conveyor can be lowered.
