Abstract
当前,我国正处于快速城市化的时期.工业生产和城市生活的活跃造成了碳排放量的不断增加,因此,探索城市低碳发展的实现模式和协调机制,具有理论价值和实践意义.从我国目前所处的发展阶段出发来考虑,在降低碳排放的同时,我们还应保持经济的持续发展.可通过能源结构、经济结构的调整和生活方式的改变,低碳技术创新和低碳空间规划以及社会各方协同合作,来实现低碳城市发展目标.
