捻转补泻手法的发展源流及现代研究

Abstract
补泻手法是实现针刺疗效的关键因素,而针刺捻转补泻手法是临床最常用的针刺手法之一.由于其理论体系尚不规范、临床疗效备受争议、作用机制研究浅显等问题,影响着其现代研究的进一步发展.文章对近40年来国内外关于针刺捻转补泻手法的相关文献进行整理和归纳,从针刺捻转补泻手法的发展源流、现代研究和降压机制研究三大方面进行归纳总结,肯定并阐明其理论体系和疗效机制,以期为针刺捻转补泻手法的规范化和标准化提供客观的科学依据,并促进其研究成果尽快向临床应用转化.
