Abstract
患者男,25岁.因"大便习惯改变1年,发现肛周硬结1个月"入院.入院前1年,患者无明显诱因出现大便习惯改变,大便次数增多,大便性状改变,为黄色不成形稀便,2～3次/d,腹胀,伴脐周间断性疼痛,排便后减轻,严重时大便次数4～5次/d,水样便,伴排便不尽感,偶伴里急后重感,偶带黏液脓血便,进食生冷食物后可诱发加重,患者于当地医院就诊,行结肠镜检查提示炎症性肠病(克罗恩病?),病理检查提示肉芽肿性炎症.
