PDCA循环法应用于医院消毒供应管理中的研究

Abstract
目的 探究PDCA循环法应用于医院消毒供应管理中的情况,以供临床参考以及研究.方法 本研究选取2014年1月~2015年7月在消毒供应中心应用PDCA循环法进行管理的器材为实验组;2014年以前未实施PDCA循环法的器材为对照组;比较两组清洗合格率、包装合格率以及抽检合格率的差异性.结果 通过本文研究结果 中可以看出,在清洗合格率、包装合格率以及抽检合格率的比较中,实验组优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 PDCA循环法应用于医院消毒供应管理具有一定的效果,能够提高清洗、包装以及抽检的合格率,从而降低医院的感染几率,值得应用以及推广.
