提高骨科住院医师规范化培训效果的措施探讨

Abstract
住院医师规范化培训是在经过认定的培训基地对临床医学毕业生进行规范化、系统化的培训，使其成为具有初步临床技能的住院医师，这是医学生成长为合格专科医师的重要阶段。骨科亚专业多，病种多，给住院医师规范化培训带来了挑战。针对骨科住院医师规范化培训中出现的问题，在临床教学中进行了改进，建立了培训实施方案、管理制度、考核制度及相应的配套措施；通过加强受训医师基础理论学习和基本技能训练，结合专题讲座和读书报告会，增强受训医师的学习能力，提高受训医师的临床技能水平，提高骨科住院医师规范化培训的质量，受训医师反映良好。
