普光水平井投产一体化管柱及参数优化

Abstract
普光气田水平井具有井深、射孔井段跨度大、射孔厚度大的特点,储层层间非均质性非常严重,Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类储层交错分布,部分井存在边底水。为了实现水平井段均匀布酸、提高酸化效果、稳气控水等目的,通过对水平段注酸井筒流动压力分布、吸液强度分析,确定出普光水平井投产一体化管柱的封隔器卡封段级数、滑套下入位置、滑套孔径、孔数、尾管下入深度等参数。通过理论分析和数值模拟计算,研究了普光高含硫水平井不同完井方式下的酸压(化)投产一体化管住的结构及参数优化方法,为高含硫气田水平井分段酸压(化)管柱设计提供了技术思路,提高了普光水平井的酸压(化)效果。
