Abstract
需求侧管理技术的发展为主动配电网优化调度提供了新的思路.文章以用户满意度和电网运行成本为目标,综合分布式能源、储能装置和需求侧负荷中断与平移等多种能源协调调度手段,构建基于用户满意度的主动配电网多目标动态经济调度模型;采用改进的基于分解的多目标进化算法(MOEA/D),对系统高维变量间复杂约束进行有效处理,为主动配电网提供最优调度方案.通过对扩展的IEEE34节点配电网测试系统的仿真研究,验证了所提调度模型和方法的合理性及有效性.
