The utility model belongs to the technical field of medical apparatus and instruments and relates to a CUSA (cavitron ultrasonic surgical aspirator)-Raman spectra integrated surgical instrument for brain glioma. The integrated surgical instrument for the brain glioma consists of an ultrasound knife, a sample box, a Raman spectrometer, a connecting device and a vacuum extractor, wherein the ultrasound knife is connected with the sample box through the connecting device; the sample box is fixedly arranged on an objective table of the Raman spectrometer, and meanwhile, is connected with the vacuum extractor. According to the surgical instrument disclosed by the utility model, tumor tissue can be crushed by the ultrasound knife, and is sucked into the sample box through the connecting device, and finally, is analyzed through the Raman spectrometer; shown by a use result, the surgical instrument disclosed by the utility model is capable of judging the property of the tumor tissue in real time during surgery and determining the boundary of tumor so as to achieve the expected surgery goal; moreover, the surgical instrument is simple in structure, low in cost, simple in manufacturing process, and easy to popularize.
