摘要

•The Ag Kβ/Kα intensity ratios for pure Ag and for Ag-Cu alloys have been measured.•The alloying effect on the Kβ/Kα of silver in Ag-Cu binary alloys have been observed.•The Kβ/Kα intensity ratios decrease with increasing of Ag content.•The obtained results may be important in archaeometric research.
