摘要
A process for synthesizing the fluorescent probe of saccharide includes reductive ammonifying reaction of saccharide and tyramine in the presence of sodium cyanoborohydrid to generate secondary aminogroup, and reacting with fluorescein isothiocyanate. Its advantages are no destroy to internal structure of saccharide and high bioactivity.
