The invention discloses application of phenyl 1,2-isoxazole or phenyl 1,2-pyrazole compounds with the structure shown in the specification. Biological activity tests prove that the compounds have obvious activity of inhibiting heat shock protein 90. Therefore, the phenyl 1,2-isoxazole or phenyl 1,2-pyrazole compounds provided by the invention can be used as inhibitors of heat shock protein 90 for treating cancers.
