The invention discloses a large blood vessel hemostasis closure device. The large blood vessel hemostasis closure device comprises an implanted type vascular clamp and a closure device, wherein the closure device comprises a handle, an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate; the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate are connected with the handle respectively and are closed up and down through the handle; the implanted type vascular clamp comprises two arc-shaped hinges with the same structure; the two hinges are detachably and oppositely arranged on closure surfaces of the upper clamping plate and the lower clamping plate respectively; one row of rivets are uniformly distributed on one hinge and corresponding rivet holes are formed in the other hinge. The implanted type vascular clamp has different bending radians and clamping under different breaking conditions is met; when a ruptured and bleeding wound of a large blood vessel is completely clamped, influences on the diameter of the blood vessel are reduced to the greatest extent and the inner diameter of the blood vessel is kept to a certain extent so that the smoothness of blood is maintained; the ruptured wound can be clamped, and ruptured and bleeding blood vessel walls are repaired so that the aim of stopping bleeding is realized; the efficiency of closing the blood vessel after surgeries is improved and the surgery risks are reduced.
