摘要
MCL functional restoration affects to stability of the knee and graft healing after ACL reconstruction (ACLR) accompanied with MCL grade 3 injury. The most frequent MCL surgical procedures are suturing, and sometimes augmented by the graft or artificial materials. However, one of the reasons for continued controversy regarding the treatment strategy of concomitant ACL and MCL grade 3 injury is lack of biomechanical assessment. The purpose of this study is to investigate the kinematics of isolated MCL suturing and that of accompanied graft augmentation in the ACL reconstructed knee.
