摘要
Tin (IV) oxide nanostructure array (NA-SnO2) was synthesized by a solvothermal technique. The growth parameters were systematically variedto investigate the impact of each parameter onmorphology of the obtained NA-SnO2. The optimized growth conditions for preparing desired NA-SnO2 acting as an electron transport layer (ETL) in mixed halide multi-cation perovskite solar cells (PSCs) were established. Detailed characterizations were performed on NA-SnO2 and NASnO(2) based PSCs.
