摘要

•Q4 species were not observed, while Q2 units increase at the expense of Q3 moieties.•Boron changes from B4 to B3 configuration for TiO2 contents higher than 4 mol%.•Most of the GS parameters increase with the TiO2 content.•The Avrami index and Ec decrease for larger TiO2 contents.•The reduction in Ec is strongly correlated to the change in the role of Ti cation.
