Method for preparing mineral collagen coating on surface of medical implantation body

The invention discloses a method for preparing a mineral collagen coating on the surface of a medical implantation body. An alternative potential method is adopted, and by adjusting parameters such as the deposition potential and the potential applying time, a modified layer which adopts a layered structure and is assembled from alternative strong and weak mineral collagen can be prepared on the surface of the metal implantation body. Due to alternative assembling of a strong mineral collagen layer and a weak mineral collagen layer, tight combination of a substrate and the coatings as well as the coatings can be achieved, and the coatings have certain toughness and are not easy to crack. In addition, the weak mineral collagen layer on the surface of the coating is beneficial to adhesion and proliferation of cells, and thus the method has wide application prospect in the field of hard bone tissue remediation.
