The compounds have a structural formula (I) as shown in the specification. The compounds disclosed by the invention are structurally novel antitumor compounds which have the double mechanisms of inhibiting kinase VEGFR-2 (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor-2) and promoting tubulin polymerization, and have good antitumor activity.
