A quality control pipeline for probabilistic reconstruction of white-matter pathways

•TRACULA automatically segments white matter tracts but some can remain partially reconstructed.•Users often do not check or discard all partially reconstructed tracts from group analyses.•New methods are needed for quality control and recovering partially reconstructed tracts.•We present a semi-automated method to detect and recover incomplete white matter tracts.
