Intrasaccular flow disruption (WEB) of a large wide-necked basilar apex aneurysm using PulseRider-assistance

•The Woven EndoBridge (WEB) device cannot be used in large aneurysms due to the size limits of the device.•For large, wide-necked bifurcation aneurysms, a PulseRider placed in the parent vessel prior to WEB device deployment can prevent its encroachment into the parent vessel.•Combination use of the WEB and PulseRider may improve the safety of endovascular treatment by avoiding catheterization of branch vessels.•This case demonstrates the first known combination use of the WEB and PulseRider devices with a unique resulting construct.
