摘要
Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a common condition. It is associated with allergens and an excessive immune response of the body. Previous therapies associated with AR are not free of side effects, including those involving the central nervous system. The main symptoms observed during the treatment of rhinitis are: drowsiness, sedation, drying of the mucosa, mood changes or impaired concentration and coordination. This work is a review that summarizes the current state of knowledge about the effect of current AR treatment on the inhibition of central nervous system activity.
