摘要

Transparent lithium aluminosilicate glass-ceramics containing nanosized (8-15 nm) crystals of tetragonal and monoclinic rare-earth orthoniobates, Tm:YNbO4, and beta-quartz solid solutions are developed. Their spectroscopic properties in regard to the phase transformations are studied.
