摘要
•A novel process is proposed to achieve high-performance PK-based CFRPs.•PMC process forms direct bonds between materials under solvent-free conditions.•PMC-processed CFRPs show reduced polymer chain mobility and increased stiffness.•PMC process can improve the thermal stability through chemical linking PK and CFs.•This approach can expand the applications and promote recycling of PK-based CFRPs.
