摘要
The research paper aimed at the development of multifunctional hybrid metal oxide nanocomposites with Graphene oxide (GO) as active surface framework. The hybrid metal oxide nanocomposites (SnO2/ZnO/Fe3O4, SiO2/ZnO/Fe3O4) were achieved by the simple chemical double co-precipitation technique. The GO layers were achieved by modified hummer's method with a thickness of 5.42 nm. The GO integrated composites (GO-SnO2/ZnO/Fe3O4, GO-SiO2/ZnO/Fe3O4) were developed by the ex-situ technique through sonication. The nanocomposites were structurally confirmed by the powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Selected Area Electron Diffraction (SAED), elemental mapping and EDAX studies. These results confirmed the formation of composites. Furthermore, the application of these GO based nanocomposites were examined for dielectric applications. These results were compared with the bare composites, the addition of GO a better epsilon' with temperature was observed at lower frequency region.
