Flexible self-powered photoelectrochemical-type photodetector based on 2D WS2-graphene heterojunction

摘要
In this paper, we use solid electrolyte as electrons transferring medium, the photodetector presents excellent self-powered capability. Under the condition of illumination intensity of 30 mW cm−2 at the bias voltage of 0 V, the photocurrent can reach 1.4 μA cm−2, while the time response of rise is 1.2 s and the decay time is about 0.9 s. In addition, as the photodetector is made of flexible indium-tin oxide (ITO) substrate, it can work and keep stable under the bending condition.
