摘要

We demonstrate the performance of the Discrete-Circulant-Transform-spread-OFDM OWC system through a wavy air-water surface. The results show that the scheme can mitigate the induced power fading, and the packet loss rate can be significantly reduced from 23.0% to 5.5%.
