摘要
With the frequent occurrence of marine oil spill accidents, oil spills have caused great damage to the marine environment, marine lives, and human health. In this study, the strain SW-Ap isolated from the petroleum-polluted seawater was identified as Alcanivorax pacificus. The properties of microsphere prepared with 20 g.L-1 of CaCO3 and 30 g.L-1 sodium alginate reaches the optimum values, and 20 g.L-1 of ethyl cellulose was selected as the best coating material. Under the optimum degradation conditions, the degradation rates of petroleum and Phenanthrene by immobilized strain SW-Aq was 93.1% in 10 days and 85% in 48 hours, respectively. Ten kinds of metabolites and the main degradation pathways can be basically determined in the degradation process of Phenanthrene.
