摘要

•Dimethyl disulfide is a soil fumigant which can cause serious health problems.•A sensitive method (LOD = 30 nM) was developed for DMDS analysis from blood.•The method is selective and has a wide linear range (0.1 – 200 μM).•The method detected low DMDS concentrations in dimethyl trisulfide-treated swine.
