摘要

•An integrated approach based on MCX-SPE coupled with LC–MS and FBMN was developed.•25 novel bioactive peptides were quickly characterized from Bifidobacterium.•Gypenosides-treated Bifidobacterium released 4 unique peptides.•A peptide HLPLPF was synthesized and showed ACE inhibitory effect.
