Cutaneous tests and interest of iobitridol in non-immediate hypersensitivity to contrast media: a case series of 43 patients
JOURNAL OF THE EUROPEAN ACADEMY OF DERMATOLOGY AND VENEREOLOGY(2020)
摘要
Iodinated contrast media (ICM) can induce non-immediate hypersensitivity reactions (NIHRs) of varying severity (1,2). The choice of an alternative ICM after a NIHR is difficult because cross-reactivity between ICM agents is frequent and does not follow the usual chemical classification (3,4). To improve the choice of alternatives for ICM-related NIHR, we investigated the cross-reactivities of ICM agents based on skin tests.
