Biological therapy in psoriatic patients whishing fatherhood: a multi-centre italian experience in real life

Biological therapies have revolutionized the management of moderate-to-severe psoriasis in the last decade. However, if their impact on pregnancy outcomes has been recently investigated ,data surrounding their effects after paternal exposure remain scarce and restricted to drugs initially introduced, such as the anti TNF-alfa agents . In the literature, there is a lack of data regarding more recent biologics.
