摘要

•HIV-positive MSM and TGW in sub-Saharan Africa were followed up for 12 months.•ARV drug use more than doubled during follow-up.•Viral suppression rates nearly tripled during follow-up.•There was no significant increase in HIV drug resistance.•ART scale-up can be successfully implemented in this high-risk population.
