Collaborative Approaches to Workplace Accessibility

ABSTRACTWe conducted narrative semi-structured interviews with three stakeholders to understand how people collaborate around accessibility in the workplace. We describe existing challenges that employers and disabled employees encounter in the workplace and the processes they use to co-create access.
