Effective schizophrenia recognition using discriminative eye movement features and model-metric based features.

•We propose a set of discriminative eye movement features for schizophrenia recognition.•We propose a set of model-metric based features via fixation prediction models and evaluation metrics.•We introduce diachronic indicators from the perspective of fixation prediction models for the first time.•We create an eye movement dataset with 40 schizophrenic patients and 30 healthy controls.
