摘要
3–3 PZT/carbon black/epoxy resin composite piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by an organic foam impregnation combined with carbon black composite process. This composite exhibits excellent piezoelectric performance. Block porous ceramics were prepared by impregnating sponges in different proportion of ceramic paste after treatment. In order to improve the piezoelectric performance of the composite, the porous ceramic skeleton was conducted original pre-polarization process. The effectiveness of the pre-polarization process was verified by compared with the properties before and after pre-polarization. At the same time, a certain mass ratio of the carbon black phase is dispersed into compounding epoxy resin to improve the conductivity of the epoxy phase. This further reduces the difficulty of polarization and improves the piezoelectric performance. The influence of the content and dispersivity of the carbon black and ceramic phase on the performance was discussed. When the carbon black phase in the sample is 0.05 wt%, and the ceramic phase ratio in the slurry is 80 wt%, the composite achieves an excellent piezoelectric performance with a piezoelectric coefficient d33 of 87 pC/N. With the good dielectric and ferroelectric properties, low preparation cost, and a simple process, the composite has broad application prospects in the field of piezoelectric power generation and flexible wearable devices in the future.
