Co/CeO2 and Ni/CeO2 catalysts for ethanol steam reforming: Effect of the cobalt/nickel dispersion on catalysts properties
Journal of Catalysis(2021)
摘要
•Ethanol dehydrogenation occurs preferentially on cobalt/nickel terrace sites.•The edge/steps sites are preferred reaction sites for C─C bond cleavage.•The terrace atoms are involved in the catalyst deactivation under SRE conditions.•Size of metal particles affects cobalt susceptibility for oxidation during SRE.•The size of cobalt/nickel crystallites influences on the ceria oxidation state.
