ix-channel coarse wavelength division multiplexing optical sub-assembly was designed and fabricated for short-distance all optical interconnection. High density video signals were successfully transmitted with a bit rate of 6 Gb/s per data channel while the auxiliary signal was communicated with bit rate of 1 Gb/s.
