摘要

We present our vision towards O-band SiPho-based on-board and inter-DC optical interconnects within the European project ICT-STREAMS. The concept of AWGR-enabled communication is introduced and recent advancements on key photonic building blocks is reported, including a 16x16 AWGR, an 8x50 Gb/s transceiver and a thermal stabilization system.
