摘要

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA) are RNA sequences which do not encode proteins and are greater than 200 nucleotides in length. They regulate complex cellular mechanisms, including those implicated in oncogenesis and are prognostic in various types of cancer. We aimed to identify lncRNA sequences associated with high grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) and assess their impact on overall survival.
