MOKE enhancement achieved by suppressing the backward scattering off an YIG spherical nanoparticle (NP) due to subtle compensation of the non-MOKE backscattered field multipolar components. Breaking the symmetry into a spheroid NP, yield higher MOKE. (C) 2020 The Author(s)
